Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ListFlick at listflick.com ("ListFlick", "we", "us"). By creating a video or buying a plan you agree to them.

The service

ListFlick turns listing photos you upload into vertical marketing videos. We pan and zoom across your original photos; we do not generate or alter the rooms shown. A voiceover script is written by AI (Google Gemini) from the details you enter, read by an AI voice, and combined with captions, music and your contact details.

Your photos and content

• You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them for marketing (for example, a license from your listing photographer).
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the listing details you enter, and for reviewing and editing the AI-written script before you publish the video.
• You are responsible for following the advertising rules that apply to you, including fair housing laws, your MLS rules and your brokerage's policies.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You may use the videos you create and pay for to market your listings, without limits. We do not use your photos or videos in our own marketing without your written permission.

Free previews and paid videos

Every listing starts with a free, watermarked preview. Paid plans give you the HD video without a watermark. Current prices are shown on our homepage: a single video, a 5-video pack, and a monthly plan. Packs do not expire. The monthly plan renews each month until you cancel.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is illegal, misleading, discriminatory or that you have no right to use. We may remove content or suspend access if these terms are broken.

Availability and liability

We work to keep ListFlick available and to deliver videos within minutes, but the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales or decisions made based on a video. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will post them here before they take effect.
